Article 3. Budget. Amended to restore funds for Community Development
and Planning Director. (School budget - Nashoba budget set by earlier meetings
of Bolton and Stow)
Budget required two-thirds majority because of use of stabilization
funds in funding.
First effort failed: 134 voted: Yes-88; No-46 (1 vote shy of 2/3)
Recount requested: 129 voted: Yes-81; No-48, failed to make 2/3
reconsidered and passed after discussion that actual receipts may come
in higher than anticipated depending on state local aid and other receipts.
Funds to come from raise and appropriate, making the budget out of balance.

and Board of Health, to study the benefits of staying or not staying with
Nashoba Associated Boards of Health.
