To see if the Town will vote to recommend to the Board of Selectmen
to expend $675,000 from Prison Expansion Mitigation Capital Grant Funds
for Town Hall renovations and associated costs.

Lancaster School Building Committee
To see if the Town will vote to borrow $1,400,000 in addition to the $19,891,731 previously authorized, for the purpose of constructing a new elementary school and for the expansion and renovation of the Middle School, including the design costs thereof and all cost incidental thereto, and further, to extend a sewer main to the schools.
ARTICLE 3
Board of Selectmen
To authorize the Board of Selectmen to enter into an intergovernmental agreement(s) with the Lancaster Sewer District and/or other agencies as may be necessary under such terms and conditions as the Selectmen deem appropriate, or act in any manner relating thereto.
ARTICLE 4
Nashoba Regional District School Committee
To see if the Town will vote to approve the $1,450,000 in additional
indebtedness authorized, in addition to the $22,902,281 previously authorized,
by the Regional District School Committee of the Nashoba Regional School
District on December 9, 1999, for the purpose of renovating, reconstructing,
and equipping the Nashoba Regional High School including the design costs
thereof and all costs incidental thereto.
ARTICLE 5
Board of Selectmen
To see if the Town will vote to take $15,000 from available funds to be expended by the Board of Selectmen to supplement the Town's share of the North Nashua River Erosion Control Project..
ARTICLE 6
Board of Selectmen
To see if the Town will vote to enter into an Intermunicipal Agreement
with the City of Leominster, pursuant to M.G.L. c.40, ?4A, for the purpose
of providing wastewater collection services to commercial and industrial
entities along Harvard Street, Old Union Turnpike and adjacent areas. Further,
to authorize the Board of Selectmen, acting on behalf of the Town, to execute
said Agreement to include terms and conditions concerning the duties and
obligations of the respective municipalities relative to funding, construction,
and maintenance of the sewer facilities, as well as other terms and conditions
as the Selectmen deem appropriate, or act in any manner relating thereto.
